With over 20 years of experience and $3 billion in resort sales Bill Rosengarten is responsible  for the strategic direction, new client acquisition, sales leadership, marketing and project feasibility for Resort Brokerage Solutions.

His hands-on approach utilizes the companies successful resort sales strategies and allows Resort Brokerage Solutions to customize a plan to actively sell custom homesites and homes, luxury residences and resort membership programs.

Bill’s career in resort real estate includes employing his sales strategies at some of the most iconic luxury destination properties across the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica and the Caribbean resulting in over $5 billion in sales.

His resort brokerage expertise helps enhance revenues for developer clients in destination markets with mainly centralized around seasonal access or resort experiences such as golf, oceanfront concepts, fractional ownership residences and five-star hotel operations.

Bill has been instrumental in the creation of the vision and management of the resort sales and marketing programs for high profile developers and sales companies across the US, Mexico and The Caribbean including: The Paraiso Residences (Groupo Frel), Capella Pedregal (CarVal Investors), Hacienda Cabo San Lucas (Starwood Capital / Koll Company), Auberge Private Residences at Esperanza (ICB), Carlton Woods (The Woodlands Development Company).

While overseeing Resort Brokerage Solutions, Bill focuses his efforts on new business  development for resort brokerage, golf  and recreational  communities, as well as heading the  Resort Brokerage Solutions expanding resort  sales  management  platform for selected clients.  His depth of experience and keen understanding of resort sales is paramount as he utilizes innovative sales solutions in order for our clients to meet and exceed the demands of today’s  real estate environment.

Bill is a graduate of North Carolina State University and has brokered resort real estate  transactions in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Texas, Arizona, Utah, California, Costa Rica, Bahamas, the Caribbean and Mexico.  Bill’s passion for off-shore sport fishing has taken him around the globe as an angler in international sport fishing tournaments and he is also known as an accomplished Captain.
